Online Medical Questionnaire: in your confirmation email, you will receive a link to an online medical questionnaire, which will ask you a series of questions about your general health and wellbeing. Please ensure you complete this prior to your appointment. You can also access it here, for ease: Billericay Reflexology Medical History (jotform.com)

Opening Hours: Wednesdays & Fridays, appointments are between 9:30am - 4:45pm. Please note I am unable to offer evening or weekend appointments and I am also usually closed through half-terms and school breaks. All available appointments are listed online

Payment: is required in full at the point of booking. Online bookings & payment only please. If you need a receipt for PMI, this is automatically sent to you once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy: please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. I will do my best to do the same if for any reason I need to cancel or reschedule
